I had tow Guh days last week. Two days at camp to gain weight and four days of hard work to take it off. So thankful I got there, now to see if a little more will come off.

Oh Gil Gilad...boy do I miss that man's workouts...he is one of the best along with Denise Austin! If you feel embarrassed, the lock yourself in your room, put on some music and just dance! There's always a way to burn calories each day and without witnesses!

The best advice I can offer you is...

Get over it!! emoticon

I used to be exactly like you... I did not want to exercise in front of my kids or husband. I was embarrassed about what I looked like. But that greatly impeded my time to work out. I finally had to be brave and just do it and now it is so easy. But there was also a plus side to doing this. My kids became more aware of what I was trying to do and are more health conscious themselves these days. My son just started running. My daughters will say to each other "let's go outside and ride bikes. We need to exercise." It is actually very cool! And it is all because of me!

You shouldn't be embarrassed about making yourself more fit and healthy! You can do it!

First of all, we all have bad weeks so don't be so hard on yourself.

Is there any way you can go into a different room and do it? What about going into a room and doing some squats, lunges, pushups, situps, etc.? Wear a pedometer and just try to move more.

YOU CAN DO THIS!!

I feel so lame, last week I got so off track. I ate more (including cheese curds) then I should've, I barely exersised, besides one day of strentgh training.

But now, I am back on track, i gained back a whole pound from that nonsense, but, I lost it once again. Now I am back on track. Though, its nearly impossible to get some cardio in with my grandma here, I cant leave the house incase something happens, but I refuse for anyone to see me while I do Gilad in front of the TV.

The end.
