I use the RunDouble app. I like that you can set up your own interval walk (if you're not quite ready to progress to the next week, but want something more than the current week).

Hi there!

I'm re-starting the C25K program after taking a very, very long break. I think I made it to either week 4 or 5 and then had to stop for various reasons. I had started out using the Couch-to-5K app from Active.com, but I've noticed that they've made some changes since I've been back to using it.

Does anyone else here use it? I dislike the logging system now and don't feel it's very accurate. I'm hoping my GPS is just wrong.

Alternatively, does anyone have an app that they prefer to use?
