Oh, I figured out what it was, user glitch. Lol. There is a setting for it. Have since changed it to open cool down. :-)

That is strange. I have had very good luck with it and find that the tracking is a nice structure to keep me motivated. Good luck!

nope...you must have had a glitch in yours.?? Week 2 day 1 is pretty basic and ALWAYS has a 5 min cool down.

Today I did week 2, day 1. Going along fine until after the last run interval, instead of the last walk interval or cool down, it started an open run! I barely survived the last 90 second run. Anyway, I didn't run. Just walked 6 minutes until I got home. Has this happened to any of you?
