I love those...I sort of have one on my smartphone. My C25 app dings at me when it's time to start or stop and I listen to my music in between. I just need to get my arse out there.

Hi, everyone! I wanted to let you all know that I have been doing a couch-to-5K program that works over 10 weeks. It's called Podrunner:Intervals and it's free. I always wanted to be able to run, but I never tried very hard. When I found Podrunner, it took care of all of my excuses. I have been training for 5 weeks now and can actually run for more than two minutes without collapsing. In about 4 or 5 weeks, I should be able to run a continuous 5K. The podcast is just music with audio clues that tell you when to run and when to walk again. You don't have to look at your watch. The podcast does all the work for you.
