Hi all... I did c25k back in 2010 too but only made it to week 3 day 2 and gave up and haven't done much at all since. I am proud to say I just did week 1 day 1 and think I am finally ready for that change in my life to keep me going. Watch out world here, we come !!!!!

Welcome! I look forward to hearing about how C25k works for you this time! I bet you probably have some good insights on the program, too.

Hi Everyone! I completed the C25K program back in 2010 and celebrated by doing a 5K. After that, I quickly fell off the wagon and have not been doing much of anything since. I'm in the worst shape of my life now and need to do something about it. Today I did W1D1 and am hopeful that I can stick with it again - and beyond. This group was so helpful when I started running last time and I look forward to hearing about everyone's progress!

That's awesome! Welcome to the madness! :) I'm sort of on W2D2, depending on which program I'm counting by. Keep us updated on your progress... seeing someone else's progress has more than once pushed me to work harder on my own progress.

Congrats on getting started!

I fell off the wagon around Christmas, but I am going to re-start again today.
