My best friend convinced me to sign up for our city's Turkey Trot (5K), which is Thanksgiving morning. I'm in the midst of W4 and it's going fine (I actually added an interval this morning!). I'm trying to figure out what to do on Thursday... Should I just do W4D2 over and over 'til I get to 3.1 mi? Try to run as much as I can?
