That does sound like a good plan. My timetable is:
Monday - Thai boxing
Tuesday - Run
Wednesday - Bodyweight circuit
Thursday - Run
Friday - Rest
Saturday - Run
Sunday - Kettlebell circuit.

I find that one rest day is enough so you would probably be fine with doing something on Sundays too.

Sounds like a plan :)
I hear you on the Monday morning thing. I used to leave my Sundays wide open, but I'm thinking of incorporating 10mins of medium intensity jump-rope on Sunday evenings, not to burn calories per se but (like you said) to keep my legs from 'forgetting'.

I did 10mins jump-rope on Saturday with my 44yr old neighbor and we had so much fun! She hadn't done it since elementary school :D

By my God I can crush a troop, by Him I can scale a wall.

I can do ALL things through Christ who infuses me with the inner strength to do so.

My schedule is c25k on mon/wed/fri with yoga/strength on tue/thur/sat.

What about you guys? I am thinking that maybe I need to add something to Sundays, so that I am not too rested for Mondays run, if that makes sense. I don't want the first run of the week to always feel hard because I have too taking it easy for 2 days?
It might just be paranoia, but I want to make this whole experience as easy as possible. By that I mean, If the start of the week is always harder, I will look forward to it less later in the week... I just really really want to be successful with this, and over-thinking something is not exactly new to me, lol!!

So I was thinking of adding in just a nice long walk on Sundays, keep the muscles loose and the juices flowing, so to speak!!

What about you? What's your routine?
