Hi Ican,

My shower is back in service as of yesterday morning. I took a practice run on Sunday just to see where I was in the program, and decided I could start back at W7. Last night I tried W7 D1, and I think I was overestimating my readiness to jump back in. So tomorrow I'm going to try W6 D2. That should ease me in a little better.

It's all good because I'm not allowing inertia to take over.

I have slowed down a little in my progress over the last week. I'm going through some issues with water damage in my house, and no shower access right now, so I'm hesitant to go running during the work week.

But I'm still committed to finishing C25K before my birthday on 8/2. I would love helpful suggestions, but mostly just wanted to put this out there to keep me accountable.

Thanks!

P.S. what on earth happened to my subject title?
