Hi everyone, I'm new to this team. I just finished week 5 day 3 of the C25K trainer. Planning to do my 1st 5K in October.

Hey! I can do 5K no problem, though slowly. I've done 10k about 4 times and it takes me 90 mins. There's a race in August I'd like to register for and the choices are 5k and 15k. I wish there was a 10k, because I know I can do that, I just need to work on my pace. Do you think I can train for 15k by August? I have to register soon-ish because it sells out. I'm a slow runner, about 8 or 9 mins/km. There's also a 30k in the same race, so hopefully I wouldn't be the very last to cross the finish line!
