You have to be very careful with calorie intake. 1500 might be too low for you causing your body to go into starvation mode and thereby not using calories. If you keyed in your weight and activity goal you will see a recommendation in the nutrition tracker. I use this minus 200 for regular day and add 100 on very long activity days

I weigh 274 and im eating around 1500 calories a day, and not really losing. I've been doing elliptical, im hoping starting this c25k 3 days a week will help me start to lose! Is anyone else around my weight? How many calories are you eating a day and how well are you losing? Thanks!
