You're most welcome Kitrona! I got my visit from the "Puberty Fairy" in 4th grade. I loved skipping rope before that.

I first heard about the Enell bra on the Oprah show. And I figured Oprah probably knew something about trying to keep the girls in line. Apparenly Drew Barrymore also wears one, and she's pretty well endowed too. It takes some getting used to, but I haven't found anything else that gives support even remotely close to the Enell.

Thanks for the recommendation! I'll have to save up for one of those... skipping rope is something I haven't done since before puberty "gifted" me so generously. emoticon

My DDs do NOT move at all in the Enell bra. It's really weird (goes on like a vest and has like 13 hooks up the front) but there's no movement at all. I run & skip rope with no pain at all. I've been wearing them for over 15 years & I won't bother with any other sports bra.

I ordered a great one from breakoutbras.com - they have really good reviews for the bras on that site and found one that was wonderful. However it's too big on me now and just ordered a new one (literally arrived in the mail this morning) - hoping to try it on tonight and that it fits!
Can't recommend that site enough though- really good selection and I love how they have a staffer reviewing the bras and she's honest too! For example- she'll straight out say "this would be a good bra for someone who needs little support, but if you need more or are fuller cups, try this other bra..."

Go to titlenine.com

They have a nice selection of bras that are rated by barbells 1-5,1 being bouncy to 5 being no bounce!!

Well, if there's one thing I HAVE learned is that every shoe fits every person different. However, on the whole I'm hearing that the Biggest Loser uses Asics Evolutions because that particular shoe is designed for heavier people. I'm saving up for a pair.

Again, you just have to try and err. I've tried Nikes (best so far) Sauceny's (heel hurts, shin splints), Reeboks (or were they Adidas? made me cry) and New Balance (pretty good) and even Target $20 cheapies (so far so good, a little hard on ankles)

Good luck!!

I need a good supportive one that will hold me and stop me from bouncing. Any advice?
Thanks
