I keep up with my other work outs (30 day shred, hip hop cardio and xbox kinect) so I'm getting stronger. Can't wait to see how I do with my week three workouts once the ice is gone. Would still be running if it wasn't for the darn ice. Don't want to be up with a broken leg or something like that.

I was without a location to run for two weeks of cold snowy/icy weather, but I work at a University, and the rec center opened back up this week, so I finally made it to the track today. I'm on week 4 of a program, and was surprised at how easy it was to get back into it. I have been doing some other exercise with my Wii while on break, though. Am really hoping this white stuff melts soon.....

Not any more. We did have quite bad ice a few weeks ago, but I'm a member of a gym so I just ran on the treadmill instead.

Not weather, perse, just other issues. I planned to start training this week but we got a Wii for Christmas and have been having so much fun with the Wii Fit that I haven't done much else. But - tonight is for sure :-)

My running partner and I have managed to make it to week three. The weather for the past three weeks has not been cooperating. We've been on week three (without any runs now) for three weeks.

Hopefully that sunshine I see shining so beautifully will melt away my ice so I can't get back out there. :) Anyone else having some weather woes?
