I also really like runningintoshape.com's playlists. She has one that's R&B and then one that's rock music. I plan to do a 5K 40 days from today (what?!) and I hope to compile my own playlist soon.

You've got some good tunes on there, I must say!

My playlist is an '80s fest. (And I've used the exact same playlist for all six weeks so far--I like knowing what's coming and having an idea of how long until the next interval based on the song.)

"She Drives Me Crazy," Fine Young Cannibals
"Walk the Dinosaur," Was Not Was
"You Keep Me Hangin' On," Kim Wilde
"The Safety Dance," Men Without Hats
"Walking on Sunshine," Katrina and the Waves
"One Thing Leads to Another," The Fixx
"Heaven Is a Place on Earth," Belinda Carlisle
"Everybody Have Fun Tonight," Wang Chung
"Cruel Summer," Bananarama
"Weird Science," Oingo Boingo
"Axel F," Harold Faltermeyer
"The Future's So Bright, I've Gotta Wear Shades," Timbuk 3

(I should note that because my runs haven't been more than 35 minutes yet, I only get through "Cruel Summer.")

runningintoshape.com has 2 playlists for every week of C25K....and it prompts you when to walk/run... That's what I've been using. But ALL of my workout playlists have Standing In The Way of Control by The Gossip and Cochise by Audioslave..those are my 2 rock it out songs!

I'm on the stairway to skinny!

Linda - no matter how many times I re-create my playlist I have to have "Fighter" on it! Thats the one song that seems to give me the motivation to just keep going!

Mr Brightside is good, old Linkin Park is good ... I'm still working on my newest list though.

Call me crazy....
my Running Playlist is mostly recordings of military cadence (mostly Army units) with a .
few songs that I've discovered I can't help moving to.

There's something about the call and response that keeps me moving at a steady pace (while grinning as some of them are pretty funny - especially one called Pain).

Wow Elisha, just added Graceland to my list and was wondering if I am the only one in the world who finds that song an inspirational jogging music. I guess not :)!

I like podrunner podcasts, just electronica to keep you going. The other songs I have on my playlist (all purchased on iTunes) are:

Beats Antique "Beauty Beats"
Modselektor "Deboutonner"
Modselektor and Sasha Perera "Silikon"
Trentemoller "Vamp (live edit)"
Trentemoller "Shades of Marble (Trentmoller Remix)"
Claude VonStroke "Who's Afraid of Detroid?"
Bassnectar "Vava Voom (feat Lupe Fiasco)"

Or I'll listen to Pandora with playlists started with Pretty Lights.

I love Adele songs too, especially the ones you have on your list. Two of my favorites right now for running (besides Adele) are Fighter by Christina Aguilera and Stronger by Kelly Clarkson. They get me mentally charged up to help me.

Um, excuse me? But you seem to be missing Mr Worldwide himself, Pitbull! Dang near any song with him will keep your legs going happily along!

Also, Ricky Martin has a lot of upbeat songs that not only keep me moving, they totally rev me up with a little extra. Although, that could just be because I'm a Puerto Rican lady who was brainwashed as a little girl to love Ricky with all her heart....
