I do aerobics classes like Boot Camp, Kickboxing, Pilates, and Step. I strength train as well. Our gym is supposed to be adding a spin class and I'm going to try that one out. :)

I do Jillian Michael's DVD's they are a great workout. The one I think is called "boost your metabolism" is a lot of strength, she also has a yoga one.

I love doing water exercises including swimming, water aerobics, or water strength training with the foam tools they have at my gym that add a lot of resistance in the water. I keep saying I'm going to start doing yoga but haven't done it yet. I also like hiking when I get a chance too

You can just about anything on your off day - just try to make sure it is a Low Impact type work out.
Tapes are awesome, walking, swimming, biking......

I go to a 60 min. Zumba class on two of my off days, and I'd also like to add some sort of strength training, but I haven't done that yet. I seem to be fine with doing the Zumba, so a workout dvd should be ok, I'd think. Good luck!

I am about to do a workout in a few hours I am not sure what to do it is my off day from running so I wanted to know what everyone else is doing. I was thinking about some type of workout dvd. Thanks for the advice.
