That's an issue I'm dealing with as well. I spend a lot of my summer at the shore. Up until now, I splurge when I would go...eating whatever I want and no exercise! I'm really trying hard to change these unhealthy habits and establish new ones. My big priority has been to get in my runs. I mean what more beautiful scenery than running on the beach? It seems as if I do it first thing in the morning, I have a greater chance of success.

I'm on vacation right now and to be honest I have not done my runs. I don't have an excuse because I could have got up and gone out running around the neighborhood here and the weather is fine early, but I've just not done it. Hope you are not as lazy as I've been LOL. However once I get back I will be resuming!!!!!!

When I was in PUERTO RICO I screwed up ROYALLY. When I went to Myrtle beach when I got back I found a local gym and asked if I could go in. I am a member of it in my area so they let me. My husband was not a member to that gym but they still let him go for free. Usually they charge about $5.00 per session. Worth the expense in my opinion.

Get up and do it first thing in the morning and it's done. It will be cool and you'll feel great for the rest of the day. emoticon

I try to get up early before the rest of the family and get it in. Hope you can find something that works for you.

We were on vacation and I got in my 3 days (week 2). We were staying in a house so I went to the park a few blocks away. If you are staying in a hotel, you could use a treadmill.

I actually found the exercise (3 runs, 2 bike rides, and 1 hike... besides LOTS of walking in museums, etc) to be easier than the eating! I did well the first 4 days and then blew it the last 4.

I hope you have a wonderful time and don't sweat it too much! Enjoy your vacation!

I am finishing week 3 of C25K, next week I will be starting with week 4. I am excited to push myself but worried. We will be on vacation (most a road trip) and I am wondering how I am going to get my three session of C25K in. I don't want to put myself behind. Can anyone give me any suggestions on how to fit this in. emoticon
