@GRANNYOF05 Hi Gayle,

I tried IF for a couple of weeks (16/8) and it wasn't for me. I like to eat when I'm hungry, but when the window's open, one or two meals is all I can handle within 8 hrs. After that I'm forcing myself to eat in order to get all my nutrients and it just feels wrong, but it may work for you, so wishing you all the best.

Well here it is August 5th and I am maintaining 201 lbs. The weight is not budging.

I added walking in June. Walked a mile and a half every day, except on the week-ends.

No change. I am going to try intermediate fasting 16/8 and see if that helps move the scale.

Hi Ella. Thanks for the encouragement. I have just added walking this month. I will see if that helps. DH and I did just come home from a week-end at my grandson's graduation. I ate a lot
more than I should have and even ate cake. Still, when I got on the scale when I got home, I still weighed the same. I guess my body just wants me to stay at this set point for a while.

I did however buy a new top and it was a size 14. YooHoo!

Gayle, there's so much involved to losing weight. Could be hormones, meds, types of foods consuming or other things. Seems like what you're doing is enough to keep you at your current weight. If it was me, I'd either change the kinds of foods I'm eating, or consume just a little more or a little less than my normal intake and see what happens. There's so much involved to losing weight and everyone's body reacts differently. Whatever happens, wishing you a healthy, joyful and successful month.

Here it is June 2nd and I'm still at 202 lbs.

I don't understand why I'm at this plateau. I am not overeating. I'm staying in the 1200 to 1250 range and still the scale is not moving.

Hopefully, it will start to move this month.

Got down to 201 lbs. this morning. That's using my real food.
Don't rely on premade meals. It doesn't take more than 30 minutes to cooks a good meal.

I finished 4 weeks at Jenny Craig. I wasn't losing anything, so I went back to doing what I usually do on Sparkpeople and I have started losing again.

I am now at 205. I hope to be at " Wonderland" by the end of May.

Just finished 3 weeks of Jenny Craig. Still at 208.

I am sticking to the plan and not eating above my calorie range. I know I probably need to get some exercise done along with the calorie cutting..

I got here about 34 days ago. I am at a complete stand still. I even joined Jenny Craig to see if I could get a handle on it. Just completed my 2nd week and still at a stand still.
I think my body is just refusing to let it go.

It took me a few seconds to realize the 198 on the scale was too good to be true. Then I came to my senses because I did not lose 6 lbs in a week. I moved the scale around and it went way up, then back down. I finally figured out where to put it every time. I do think I lost another pound all the same. I got a short-lived taste of one-derville.

Eating lots of 'junk' food. Couple of weeks ago the scale went over 200 lbs. A few days ago I weighed 206 late in the day after eating so much food. This morning before breakfast 203. Really need to curb my cravings for junk, but easier said than done. WTG to those making positive changes. It all adds up.

Hard to believe I weighed 210 earlier this week. Exercised and did not go off my diet and got down to 207.4. I was so happy! Got on the scales today and 209. I guess I should be happy its not back up to 210 but its frustrating because I don't know what I did wrong?

I love the villes..I have just taken a 6 month vacation from WEIGHTWATCHERS. They changed the format from points to freecycle..I am not good without clear restrictions. Suggestions that you has smaller portions, but they don't cost you points is difficult for me. I lost #20 the ist 6 months , then they changed the format and I have not lost since. It is no excuse, just more difficult for me to adhere to. I am 199, but am following this and your 190 ville. I need pep talks etc..

emoticon I've been so busy the last two days and didn't weigh in this morning. You know how it is when you have two days off and your trying to do a million things clean, shop, etc. Anyway I just got on the scale this evening and it read 199 lbs.I wasn't even going to weigh myself tonight. I couldn't believe what the scale read. I am to tired emoticon to be excited but I'm sure happy. emoticon To be honest because I'm so exhausted I don't think it sank in yet. Onederland Wow! I thought it would be a couple days till I reached it. I guess it's time to say goodbye to 200ville. I made a promise that I will never come back. I am now officially shutting and locking the door to 200ville never to return! I am so happy I got back on track in December! It's time to go. Here comes the movers. Arrivederci emoticon

Called the moving van and their on their way! Scale read 200 this morning. I don't know how long it will take them to get here? As I'm sitting in the lobby looking out the large window it is giving me time to reflect. Since I joined spark people I only made it to Onederland once. That was almost 3 yrs. ago. It only lasted about 4 days. emoticon It's to bad that it took my AWA moment to get to this point & get it right this time. I do have slip ups but they only last a day or two. Even though I'm so happy their is mixed emotions. emoticon I feel a little sadness also. emoticon You might think why? To put it as simple as I can. It is like I'm leaving something I grew very comfortable with. Almost like I'm leaving apart of me behind. I have spent so many yrs. in 220ville & 230ville. Now it's time to move on down the road for the last time in this ville I am shutting the door & locking it when I leave this time. no coming back! I think of all the money I wasted on clothes that fit also my self esteem was zero! emoticon My one true regret that in 2011 I wish I would have stuck with losing this weight. I would have been living in maintenance now enjoying life. Ok, enough reflecting! I'm putting a emoticon on my face and looking to the future! If anyone come after me & reads this, you can do it! Just look me up if you need a word of encouragement!

As I said many times before these villes help me tremendously with the motivation emoticon I need in losing weight. It's a shame more sparkers don't use them. Moving on down to the 1st floor. So happy! emoticon I'm now knocking at Onederland's doors! emoticon Started packing emoticon & made arrangements with the movers. Next move is the lobby then I can move on down the road to 190ville never to see a 2 in front of my weight again. Once I lose 5 more lbs. that would put me at 196lbs. I am going to start exercising. I am beginning honest, I hate exercising. I am going to start with using the treadmill emoticon 10 minutes a day. I am taking small steps to I don't get discouraged. emoticon emoticon

Moving on down to the 2nd floor. emoticon I went off track a little, again! I would have been out of here if I would have stayed more focused. I have lost 50 lbs. since Dec. I'm very happy about that but I'm starting to feel comfortable about the weight loss. I can't do that! The fact still remains that I have at least 30 lbs. to lose to meet my goal. emoticon I would have to lose 46 more lbs. so I would not be considered overweight. My doctor once told me that he thought in the 170's should be a good weight. I want to get down to 176 lbs. That would be a lose of 100 lbs. I feel the next 20 lbs. will make a big difference in the way I look & feel. Once I move to 190ville( 13 lbs. to go) I have to seriously consider an exercise program. emoticon Even if it is 10 minutes a day on the tread mill. I have the basic equipment to exercise at home. It's just a matter of getting into a daily routine. What my final goal will be is something I really have to sit down & give it a lot of thought! emoticon emoticon

Just stopped by for a moment before work. I have to start weighing myself daily. I've been picking to much. I'm starting to get frustrated with myself! emoticon I might not gain weight but for sure the HE double L won't lose anything! Enough is enough! I'm getting so close to Onederland and I don't want to sabotage my efforts now! Also I can't be snacking all day long! I know I don't eat fattening foods but the fact still remains, CALORIES DO COUNT!!! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

Went off track for Easter but the good news is I'm back on track as of yesterday. It was scary to get on the scale to see how much damage I did. I only gained 1 1/2 lbs. I was so surprised! emoticon I thought the scale would be up emoticon at least 3 or 4 lbs. I'm starting to see the Lobby in a distance. It's going to be so nice to see a 1 in front of my weight! I hope by the beginning of may I can reach that goal. emoticon emoticon

Today is the 1st full day of spring and if you look out the window you would never know it! Snow!!! emoticon The good news is no work today! emoticon The scale read 205 lbs. this morning. I'm down 1/2 a lb. I have 6 lbs. to go till I enter Onederland. That puts a smile on my face. emoticon If I didn't get back on track in Dec. I wonder what the scale would read now? Even though it is officially spring we have a few more weeks till the weather warms up. Now that I have lost almost 50 lbs. I can truly say I feel much better the way I look. I know I have around 30 lbs. to go but at least I am starting to feel much better. If I stop at 176 lbs. I will still be considered overweight by 20 lbs.! emoticon I really think I'm going to stop at a weight I feel comfortable with. The key will be not to gain. When I reach 176 lbs. that will be a 100 lb. loss! Wow! I am going to do something to celebrate such a victory!
I keep thinking of that quote that I like so much!



I wonder what the scale will read by June 6th??? That will be 6 months for me! Only time will tell. Wouldn't it be nice to be in 180ville! I have never been in 180ville before. That would be a real nice 1st for me!!

Yesterday was 3 months since I've been back on track. I really didn't want to get on the scale today but had to because of BLC weigh in day. I was shocked emoticon the scale is emoticon to 211.5 lbs. this morning. This put a emoticon on my face! Just think 2.5 more lbs. & I will officially be back to this ville. That might take another two weeks or more. I am going to just emoticon till I can back to 200ville. That is going to be one happy day for me! emoticon

I went shopping yesterday and try my best not to buy a lot of clothes because I am shrinking out of them. emoticon I buy clothes on the sales rack & get fantastic deals. Two yrs. ago when I dropped down to198 lbs. I got rid of all my 1& 2x size clothes. I gained & went back up to 253 lbs. & had to buy new clothes. I promised myself I will not do that again. Anyway, when I went shopping yesterday for the 1st time I was able to buy tops & pants in the regular sizes. The tops are a extra lg. & I bought a pair of pants in a straight 16. I guess I am leaving womans sizes for good this time. I have been going through all my clothes the past two weeks & donating all my clothes that I have shrunk out of. What a good feeling! emoticon Someday I hope to get rid of at the clothes in my closet that are outdated from 20 yrs. ago & have only 1 or 2 sizes in my closet. Right now I have from a size 8 to a size 1x

The scale read 214.5 lbs. this morning Only 5 more lbs. and will be moving back to this ville. It's been slow going emoticon so it might take me till the end of March. Tomorrow begins March and that will be my goal for March! To get back to this ville! emoticon emoticon

I don't think their is anyone in this ville. That's ok. I'm not officially back here yet I'm down to 216 lbs. I have 7 lbs. to go before I can get back to this ville. Actually 8 because the scale went up 1 lb. today. I guess it's water gain. So I'm not too worried. Still on track but it's been slow going. emoticon I have 17 lbs. to go to enter Onederland. My body doesn't seem to be cooperating with me. That's ok I'm still hanging in their and trying to remain positive! emoticon I keep thinking that at least I'm not in 240ville or 250ville.I feel that once I lose these 7 lbs. and get back to this ville I will have more self esteem. I will admit I'm already starting to feel better about the way I look. emoticon I am into a 1x or ex.lg. tops depending how their made and w16 pants though a straight 16 fit me real snug! I think that once I lose another 15 lbs. I can finally leave the womans sizes once & for all! I have a lot of lg. & extra lg. tops that I hope to get into by the summer or fall. Another thing that helps me remain positive is I got back on track in Dec. When the spring comes & you can't hide under coats & hoodies I will feel much better about myself & the way I look when spring comes. emoticon emoticon

A few days ago I got a wake up call. My blood work came back & my sugar was high. The dr. thinks if I lose weight & don't eat any sweets my sugar will come down. I'm dealing with a kidney infection which the antibiotics don't seem to be working. I'm really starting to get scared! We don't have the best dr's in our area. I am back on track & coming in on the 30th floor. I know I have a way to go to get back to this ville but I am determined to get back. emoticon emoticon

Yeah, I think I will avoid mirrors for a while. Ha!

I probably won't feel that great until I'm in the 80's. Since that's so far away, I'm trying not to look at it that way. But I'm just being realistic. Being heavy just doesn't look good on me. Some people my weight actually carry it well and they look fine. I don't. I look swollen and distorted and old.

This week my weight keeps changing, which is weird since I've been good the whole time. Overnight I went down 4 pounds, then 2 days later went up 4 pounds. I even thought my scale might be broken, but it wasn't. Very strange.

Anyway, we will all get to Onederland. :)

Marienow- I can relate to you. After losing some weight I was feeling really good till I looked in one of those long mirrors I was passing by while in a store. Wow in all honesty I still look very fat. It seems a lot of the weight is in my derri'ere & thighs. I feel better but to be honest my self esteem won't kick in till I'm at least under 200. I was their last July but went off track. Now I have 25 lbs. to loss before I get back to Onederland. emoticon emoticon

emoticon feeling ugh bad head cold! I'm back on track & currently on the 27th floor. I have a way to go to get back to Onederland now. That's ok because I will not give up. I will continue marching down the stairs till the door opens for Onederland. I don't intend on coming back this time. I did it once & can do it again. Would I love emoticon to start the new year in Onederland. I don't know if that is possible because of all the birthdays & holidays. One thing is possible to get down to 190 or 180ville by the spring of next year (2017) emoticon emoticon

The day I have been waiting for has finally arrived. I still can't believe it. I DID IT! ONEDERLAND!!! emoticon The scale read 199.5 this morning. I thought I would be sitting in the lobby for a week but that didn't happen. I sold my apartment this morning. I called the moving van & I am just sitting in the lobby waiting for them to come. As I am sitting here it gave me time to reflect on my weight loss journey. It took 5 yrs. to achieve this day! For all that come after me remember DON"T GIVE UP! If you need some encouragement just look me up! I am finally now ready to close this chapter on my journey. I am so ready to begin a new one! emoticon This is goodbye to Twoterville forever. emoticon I am shutting the door behind me as a say goodbye. My next two biggest goals are 185 lbs. That will put me out of the obese range. emoticon I will ONLY be overweight! Can you imagine that! emoticon The next goal is 176 lbs. which will mean a weight loss of 100 lbs. So this is goodbye to 200ville! It has taken me a long time but the most important thing is I didn't give up! It's time for me to move on down the road to 190ville. Arrivederci emoticon

I did good emoticon emoticon emoticon for the 4th when it came to eating. We were invited over my DD. Their was no healthy food to eat so I brought my own. Roasted vegetables (onions, red peppers, & cauliflower with olive oil, well seasoned) & a turkey patty, pumpkin mousse. I am really into roasted Vegetables . They are so good. emoticon You don't feel deprived one bit! Roasted at 450 with a little olive oil , salt, pepper & smoked paprika! emoticon I don't know how long it will take to cross over to onederland but I'm so ready!!! I hope I can lose 10 more lbs. before the weight slows down to a emoticon pace but even if I can make it to onederland I still will be happy! emoticon One thing I want to do once I get to 190ville is to march on down to the 6th or 7th floor( 196 or 197lbs.) as soon as possible. I found out that when your teetering on the top floor of a ville it's so easy with water gain to go back to your old ville. The problem with this is it can make you feel real depressed & bust your bubble of motivation! emoticon As I have said before ,I am so excited to move on down the road & close this weight loss chapter in my life once & for all. So now the waiting game begins. I must be patient, eat healthy, & try to move as much as I can. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

As of this morning I am moving on down to the 1st floor! I am so happy. emoticon After being on spark for 5 yrs. I am finally breaking through this wall I built. The lowest weight I reached was 202 lbs.a few years ago. I never made it to 201 lbs. before. As of today this will be all uncharted territory that I am entering. I am so excited. As I have said before I am so ready to leave Twoterville & enter into Onederland! I am getting ready to move to the lobby. I called the moving van to make arrangements for my big move! emoticon

I'm back again. Since I use these villes like a journal their is something I had to write. It is six months to the day that I have been back on track. I did take one detour for three weeks but during those three weeks I didn't pig out every day like I sometimes do. I have lost a total of 52 lbs. since January. I can honestly say I feel proud of myself. emoticon I love quotes & motivational images for my motivation. This motivational quote I put on my page which really means a lot to me. It's helps so much to reflect on where you can be six months from now if you really try! I realize the closer I get to my goal the slower the weight will come off but for me to reach Onederland is a milestone. When the weight finally slows down to a emoticon pace I will look how far I have come to keep my motivation going! emoticon emoticon emoticon

I am closing in on Onederland. The scale read 202 lbs. this morning. I can't believe I only have 3 more lbs. to go to Onederland! emoticon This time I am NOT going to sabotage my efforts. Their are three main reasons.1) In January when I got back on track the weight was coming off so slow it scared me! emoticon So much that I knew in my heart that my metabolism because of age might finally be catching up to me. If I didn't start now getting this weight off it might take forever once my metabolism slows down for good. 2) Becky my SF who is going down the villes with me is my second reason. . This time I don't want to be left in the dust. Some of these spark bubbies are in 150 & 160ville where I should be. 3) And I think what really did it was when I saw pics of my H. S. friend, Holly, who posted pics of her Bahamas vacation. She looked 25! emoticon I was doing some reflecting about once I enter Onederland. Then what? My next big goal will be to hit 100 lb. weight loss. ( 176 lbs. ) Also once I get into 180ville I really want to get serious about toning my body. I know I can't undo all the damage I have done to my body but I want to look the best I can! My final goal weight is around 156 lbs. but my doctor thinks in the 170 range will be more realistic. 156 lbs. according to the BMI would put me in a normal weight range. We will see how I feel when I get close to my goal! emoticon emoticon

I have been doing excellent eating healthy. I did have a little set back yesterday. emoticon I think calorie wise I was ok but I made a mistake & didn't eat before I went shopping. When I came home I was pounding the processed lunch meat. If I didn't practice some self control I think I would have eaten the whole package. Today I am going to boil some eggs to keep in the refrigerator. They are high in protein & are excellent for filling you up when you are hungry! I am hoping in the next 2 to 3 weeks I can see my dream come true, ONEDERLAND! emoticon emoticon

I didn't go over the camper with my DH last week. I got back on track & have been eating real healthy. I want so much to get out of this ville once & for all & enter into Onederland. The camper is not the best place for losing weight but it can be done. Two yrs. ago I did very well losing weight during the summer while over the camper. I will be going over the camper for the 4th but I will eat healthy. The problem is I'm getting close to Onederland & I know in my heart that this is only going to slow down my progress. I can only give my DH so many excuses not to go over the camper. I think when I go over the camper if I watch what I eat & do a lot of walking the scale hopefully will move emoticon but more slowly. The good news is when I got on the scale this morning I was down to the 3rd floor. I now can see Onederland. It's not in the distance anymore. I'm getting very close & I am so, so, happy! emoticon I think it's time to put my apartment up for sale. Maybe this will help me not to go off track. I have only 4 more lbs. to go. This has been a long time coming. Some people say these villes aren't active but believe me they do work as far as movitation goes. Your motivation should not have to depend on someone else all the time. If it does you will never succeed! You feel so great when you move down to the next floor or a new ville. Plus they are great for using as a journal. I am hoping that if my body cooperates I can leave Twoterville once & for all in 2 or 3 weeks! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

I wasn't going to blog this but I am getting close to Onederland & I don't want to blow it this time. When I blog & weigh myself I hold myself accountable & that is the only way I will make progress. I was over the camper for a few days & for some reason I thought I could eat anything & everything I wanted. We came home yesterday evening & I didn't stop eating till I went to bed. The scale is emoticon 5 lbs. If I want to see Onederland by the end of July I have start eating healthy when I'm over the camper. That is all their is to it! So my Quote to follow for the next month is "JUST DO IT" Whatever has to be done to reach my goals, just do it. Plain & simple! emoticon emoticon

For some reason the scale is going down by leaps & bounds! emoticon When I go back on track this does happen for the 1st 2 weeks so I'm going to take advantage of it! They always say if you hit a plateau increase your calories for a few days or week. It does work. Your body does get use to a certain exercise routine or a certain amount of calories when you increase the calories then drop down again so does the weight. Anyway, I'm starting to see Onederland in the distance! emoticon What a beautiful sight. As I have said many times, once I enter Onederland I'm never coming back to Twoterville. I made a promise to myself & I will keep it. Since I lost so much weight this week the weight loss might slow down now. One more lb. & I will start packing & put my apartment up for sale. This almost seems like a dream to me. I can't believe I am almost out of Twoterville! It's been a long time coming! emoticon emoticon

Ok. Where to start. It's been a few weeks since I blogged anything in this ville. That's because I was off track for a few weeks. I'm back on track now & counting down the lbs. till I can finally get out of Twoterville for good & enter into Onederland for good. Once I enter Onederland I'm not coming back! I made a promise to myself & mean it! emoticon So it's a count down now till blast off. I have 7 lbs. to go. I hope by the beginning of July my dream can become a reality. emoticon emoticon

I was over the camper for two days & blew my diet sky high. Now it will be a week till I can undue the damage! emoticon At least I'm back on track!

Yesterday was not the best day for me. I pigged out on pretzels. emoticon Lucky it wasn't cheese or something high in calories! I think I stayed in my calorie range. I have to be careful. emoticon Every time I come close to Onederland I blow it. I promised myself I would not do it this time & I meant it. I have to start keeping hard boiled eggs in the frig. They are high in protein & when I'm hungry I will reach for something like that which is high in protein & low in calories & fat. I only have 9 lbs. to go to reach Onederland. I feel in my heart that once I reach that 1 in front of my weight I will never go back. I know I will go off track a little & the weight will be harder & come off much slower. But I won't ever want to go back to Twoterville. I have never been in 190ville but just maybe by the end of this month or the middle of June at the latest I can reach that goal. I hope my weight loss doesn't slow down to a emoticon pace before then or I will get very depressed.

May 4th will be 4 months since I've been back on track. I had 2 little detours but I'm doing good. emoticon I have lost 46 lbs. since January. emoticon As I've said numerous times I am losing the weight at a decent pace but I know in my heart it's only a matter of time that my weight loss will slow down. How much it slows down? I have know idea? emoticon I realize the closer you get to your goal the slower the weight will come off. I am hoping I can be in Onederland before that happens! I am making progress. A year ago if I went off track it wouldn't have been little detour! I would have gone off track for a few months or longer. Now when I go off track it lasts a few days. That's progress with a Capital P for me! emoticon Where we go camping we belong to a hunting & fishing club that is a few miles down the road. The grounds are beautiful with a small lake etc. The club building is open 7 days a week & they do serve food. Most of the food they serve is not healthy . Yesterday I was over the camper helping DH paint the deck. It was a warm beautiful day. After we finished my DH wanted to go over the club. I was tired, hot, & hungry. That has to be the worst case scenario for a person who is trying to lose weight. Anyway, I gave in & went over the club with my DH. I sat their a minute & knew in my heart I had to make a choice. Pig out emoticon & regret it or use self control. I decided to treat myself and have a couple of light beers which I enjoyed! I was so hungry you have no idea how much I wanted to pig out! emoticon Instead I went home & made myself a healthy & nutritious supper. I still remained in my calorie range. For the first time in ages I felt proud of myself! Now that's progress with a Capital P! A simple truth. Your weight loss journey has to be tailored to who you are or it will not work. I had a check up last week with my primary physician. He was so pleased with me. My blood pressure & cholesterol are normal. I went down from a 45 BMI to a 34. Once again , progress. I keep myself motivated by daily pep talks. It is working! With a Capital W! PROGRESS!

I'm moving on down to the 8th floor. I'm trying to get down to the 6th floor ASAP because it's nothing for me to gain 4 or 5 lbs. with water gain which will put me right back to 210ville! emoticon emoticon Also I'm going away for 5 days on May 11th. I won't have much control in what I eat. I will try to make healthy choices but it's still going to hard even to maintain my weight for that week. I really don't want to lose my momentum. I'm so close to Onederland now. I'm still losing weight at a decent pace but I know in my heart that isn't going to last might longer. The more you lose the slower the weight comes off. I just hope I can be in Onderland before it's slows down to a emoticon pace or even worse, hit a plateau. We will see what happens???? It does have me a little nervous.

emoticon Anyone, Maybe I'm the only one here but that's ok. I use these villes like a weight loss journal. They help me so much. I wish other sparkers felt the same. Anyway , I'm so happy to be here. emoticon I am going to work real hard to lose these next two lbs. I really don't like teetering on the top floor because it's so easy to fall back to your old ville. I hope I can be out of here by mid June. I don't know if by body will cooperate but I will try my best. The next stop is a long awaited dream for me, Onederland. Ever since my Aha moment in January I have been moving down the villes at a decent pace. I know in my heart that's not going to last much longer. I hope I can lose these next 10 lbs. before my weight loss slows down to a emoticon pace. That will bring me to Onederland. I am just so happy to be here. After living in 210 to 230ville for the last few years 200ville is like a clean start for me! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

Hi there!

New here and I just wanted to say hi to everyone. Hope your all having a lovely weekend. We are having rain here, but fall is in the air. It is warm and it is rainy but the sun is suppose to shine on Monday - all is good.

Do you know why you're hurting? My knee has been twinging, and I think I've torn the meniscus. It's frustrating because I know it's hurting because I weigh too much but losing weight without walking is a real trick.

I have been in Onederland a cple times, but I always seem to find my wat back to 200ville. I can't seem to get it into my thick head that I can never go back to the old ways. It seems we are creatures of habit and when U get old U get dead set in your ways.

I wish! It's going to be a while before I reside in ONEderland, but I am determined that I am only short term leasing here. ... Well, actually, I'm visiting, because I weighed in at 266.4 today, so I can't even rent here - yet.

Plateaus really get to me, but even slow loss is loss, and sometimes our bodies need a few moments to re-set weight points. If you're doing things right, it's only a matter of time!

I seem to be at a plateau. I am going btwn 204-206. I know I am doing things right, so expect that scale to take a nose dive one of these days. Plateau's R quite frustrating though.

I did start a challenge out on the community challenge board for 8 weeks. We did have a super first week. We have 7 weeks to go, so a lot could happen.

Everyone must of moved to ONEDERLAND cuz there doesn't seem to be a lot going on here.

Back to 200ville - At 206 today. I am looking at reaching ONEDERLAND by the end of May which might be hoping for a lot considering I lose wt rather slowly, but for sure I will be there by the end of June.
I was thinking about starting an eight week wt loss challenge for May n June but it is kind of late now.
