I started using the food tracker again & it seems to be working. When you eye ball your portions you will be surprised how many calories you can go over for the day

Did not eat muck carbs today. I didn't do it on purpose but it was just that I was so busy. Anyway it helped me shed another lb. I am one more lb. closer to getting out of here.

Food is under control. Went for my 5 k walk and did Turbo fire. I decided to add Turbo fire to help things moving faster. I now do my walk in 45 minutes, when I started I was doing it in 60. Very happy with the progress in fitness but need to work out harder to move the weight. Unbelievable how fast the body gets used to all of it.

I'm not doing anything exciting. I'm not eating anything sweet or having any unhealthy snacks. I gave up soda over 440 days ago (I track the number in my journal), but as part of my thing, I can't have sweet tea either. So... if I get hungry in the evening, I either have carrots, celery with peanut butter, or a salad, LOL. The only exception to this rule is parties... I don't do many of those though.

After grocery shopping I went straight home. I didn't stop off to have anything. As of this morning I have two more lbs. to go to get out of here. I don't want to blow it now!

at 5:00 am I did 20 minutes on the elliptical. Tonight, I rode my bike for a little over a mile. Did sit ups and crunches. AND got on the elliptical for another 20 minutes! Next week I'm hoping I'll be half way out of here! :)
