I know the frustration. For the last few weeks, my weight has moved up on Wednesday, which is weigh-in day. According to this morning's scale, I should have about a 2 pound loss this week but we will have to see what tomorrow brings. I wouldn't be surprised to be up some.

When I was moving between 220 and 210 ville, I just posted each day in the ville I weighed in at. It seemed to be motivating in the interval where I was bouncing around that number.

Must still be retaining water or something.... ugh...

well, when I get back to 209, I think I just might go ahead and head to 200- ville...this bouncing back & forth stuff really bites...

well, I was doing pretty good, my weight on like Friday was like 208.8. But thanks to being 'backed up' this weekend, as well as eating ham & canned corn last night (ie, salt) my weight was up to 210.4 this morning. I have been drinking as much water as I can today, and taking lots of fiber, so *hopefully* that will help me to have a great weigh in tomorrow!

I've taken a peek at 200- ville, and it looks nice, but it seems kinda quiet there compared to here of late.... y'all gotta join me there quick & liven the place up a bit! c'mon!

Rhales i just have to say congrats again.. I weighed in at 212.5 today thats a three pound loss for me.. and im stuck in the stair well of the second floor. not quite on the floor yet.. ha ha..

10 minutes a day works for me.. i think i would just add another ten onto my current work out if we were to do that challenge..

I really like the concept of 10 minutes exercise a day. It is much easier to get 10 minutes in than 30 and once 10 minutes becomes habit, it is something to build on.

Oh yes I can see all that affecting your health and weight loss/gain. On a positive note you are aware of the issues and hopefully trying to deal with them. I love the idea of 10 mins of activity 6 days per week or 60 minutes per week. We should do something like that as a challenge.

I think I know at least a good part of what my problem has been lately-
1) constipation. Taking a gentle laxative (I only take them when absolutely necessary. taking 3 fiber pills through out the day the day before didn't have nearly the effect I wanted.)last night has helped at least in part, thank heavens.
2) I have also been craving carbs, especially grains, like crazy. (not, it's not TOM, infact I'm right inbetween... which is probably the source of at least some of these problems)
3) Health issues (keep in mind I have hypothyroidism & SLeep Apnea) cropping up lately, plus stress over the last few days, has made me feel like I don't have the energy to do any exercise.
THanks to thinking about my SEptember Goals' I have decided one of those goals will be to try to do 10 mins of exercise 6 days a week (ie, at least 60 mins of exercise per week).

I weighed like 212 this morning.... I love you guys here, but I need a big ole shove outta here!
I'm not sure how much can be done though, I'm doing the best I can (before anyone goes to look at my food tracker, I don't do a good job at tracking. But I wil try to over the next couple days & see if that helps). I am beginning to think at least part of this is hormonal, which I can't do much about.... grr...

I weighed in at WW this morning and I finally hit 209!! So, I'm checking out of this place. Good Luck to everyone on here with your journey. You can do it too! It is definitely worth it!

Well, I was here only a short time. Actually I didn't even check in. I was living in the lobby and checked out a room at 200 ville. I have to go take it so long! I hope to never visit your town again. The people are nice. but I didn't like the accommodations. good luck and see ya soon.
