JULY 12- WALKED 50 MINS, DID ONLY 2 DB EXERCISES, UNDER-ATE 1490 CALORIES, WATERED THE VEGS, NO TV. UNOFFICIAL W-IN AT HOME-LOST WEIGHT, WE'LL SEE AT THE OFFICIAL "DR.'S OFFICE" W-IN AS TO HOW I'M DOING.
JULY 11 - WOW! WALKED A LOT, 65 MINS, OVERATE BY ~150 CALORIES, DID SOME GARDENING, GOT SOME SUN, VISITED A NEARBY SANDY BEACH.
JULY 10 - WALKED 35 MINS., ATE HEALTHY FOODS BUT TOO MUCH OF IT ALL TODAY, UNFORTUNATELY...
JULY 9 - WALKED 55 MINS, DID 10 BALLET SQUATS, ATE UNDER 1490 CALORIES AND TRACKED ALL IN SP.
JULY 8 - WALKED ONLY 20 MINS, BUT DID 1 HOUR TOTAL BODY WORKOUT AT GYM, AND ATE UNDER 1500 CALORIES, TRACKED ALL IN SP
JULY 7 - lost -1.9 lbs today, then walked 40 mins, but overate in calories, but ok in ww ppv's, all tracked in SP
JULY 6 - walked 90 mins. ate under my calories budget for once - hope i'm not going anorexic, tracked all in SP
July 5 - walked 55 mins. no problem; overate by about 500 calories, all tracked in SP.
stressful day unfortunately.
July 4th - better - walked 60 mins, (including treadmill at gym) then did total body workout at gym also, only overate by 127 calories. tracked all in SP.
July 3 - bad day - overate and could not get into gear for exercise or any movement at all
JULY 2 - walked 35 mins today, ate over 1490 calories by 216 calories, all tracked in SP. HOW ABOUT YOU? HOW DID YOU DO TODAY?

i walked 90 minutes today around a lake. when was the last time you walked around a lake??
ate under 1490 calories as per July challenge. tracked all in SP.
