I can't believe this after my last post, but I weighed in today at 86.1kg (189.4 lbs)

I believe the dietary changes I made this week, but the increased strength training and intervals made the difference.

Wow - I've been stuck in the 190lbs for over a year, and now I move from 195 to 189 in one week??????

Why didn't I do this before???

My plan for this week is to continue with what I've been doing - focus on staying consistent with tracking my food and staying within my calorie range. Also to complete 3 strength training workouts, and 3 interval workouts.

I can't believe this after my last post, but I weighed in today at 86.1kg (189.4 lbs)

I believe the dietary changes I made this week, but the increased strength training and intervals made the difference.

203! I was down to 196 last weigh in! But I am not giving up, although I am sick about it, I am not surprised, so many sweets have been around this house lately! Starting a 17 week challenge with my hubby today, want to lose 40 by our anniversary and my B-day in June! It's on, going to get below 200 this week!

I try not to let the scale dictate my mood, but I was relieved to see 199.5lbs (90.7kg).

That put me back in the 190s - it's amazing what consistency can do. I have been between 200-205 for most of 2012.

Eating just a bit too much and not exercising consistently enough to lose weight.

Now I just have to keep on with the small changes I made to keep the weight coming off slowly but surely.

Hi,

I am OK. Just tired and recovering. It is a long road back from heart surgery. I am weighing every day since that is what the visiting nurses require. I am still wandering in 190 ville, but now need to seriously go for it because I can maybe get rid of the last meds- the bp meds. I will see the cardiologist in Aug about that. They have it in my record that I beat the bp pills before. I will then only have aspirin for the rest of my life. Yaaaay.

Prayers for continued healing. Are you getting some help at the house?

Hubby has a doctors appt. in the morning with his pain doc. He has one tomorrow with VA that he completely forgot about. He is not well, so requesting prayers also.

Went to the zoo today with GD. Walked for 2 hours. Had a great time.

Feeling a little spacey, so am up trying to see how it goes. Pain pills are awful and would rather not, but I have to use them to heal. Am sleeping in a recliner so my chest does not stretch. How are you feeling? Did you get some help? Guess I will have to hurry up and break this plateau so I can follow you to 180Ville.

Started juicing again. It has been years, but I needed the juicer to make some sugar free jam. The frothy berries looked so good. I made some juice to preserve and then with the left overs after all my jars were filled, I threw in carrots, celery, orange juice, apple juice for a breakfast concoction.

Continued prayers for quick healing from the heart surgery and wisdom from the doctors. Now I see why you are afraid to come home alone. Social Services at the hospital should be able to help you with that.

Finally down to the 193 again. I did not want to change it, so that helped me reach the goal again. Never know what is going to work.
