Today I hit the official 30 pounds lost mark!!!

Started at 225 and weighed in this morning at 195!

AND I am half way to 180-ville. That is where I resided when I was married 10 years ago this June. Cool to think I could be back there or even 170-ville by my anniversary!

As of this morning, one of those lbs is gone. Hopefully things will even out this week. I didn't eat enough calories in 2 days to gain 3 lbs. :)

Ladies Congratulations to everyone that saw a loss on the scale. And to you ladies who didn't don't give up. Temporary setbacks happen, you will see results. Never stop trying unless you can tell me 100% that you have tried everything there is to lose and can tell me what everything is.

Stay focused and stay on target. And always remember the SCALE is NOT always our friend. Try not to pay it much mind if you can.

which means... I'm finally in 190-ville! I'm enormously pleased about that. don't get me wrong, though, I plan to get out of here as fast as I possibly can. emoticon on your 2 pound weightloss! Don't forget to reward yourself. Rewards come in all different shapes and sizes and don't really have to cost anything if you choose them not too.

Try getting a book at the library that you want to read, borrowing a dvd also at some library, give yourself a pedicure, manicure, soak in the tub,etc.

Everyone should reward themself when they see something that makes them happy. Losing weight, inches, keeping a streak going - celebrate and reward yourselves.

I weighed in at Curves today and unfortunately their scale is higher than mine at home. (I weighed 199.25 on theirs). I have decided to go with their scale so accordingly my weight has increased (though I have lost 3 pounds since I weighed on their scales on March 5th)

On a good note though, I have lost inches so I'm really happy about that.

Last 3 weeks I have come in at 199, this week I weighed in at 198.5, only half a pound gone but I will take it.

I know I have been slacking on the exercise the last few weeks, so I am focusing on getting back on track with having walked a mile tonight and did some house and yard work over the weekend.

Like I mentioned below this post don't rely on your scale. Definitely not a friend, try the snug clothing or measure yourself. Keep up what your doing you'll see that scale move.

Ladies I'm thinking maybe increasing reps in strengthening might be a clue to helping that scale move. I have a friend and her reps are out of this world and she is seeing alot of success.

Give it a try for afew weeks and see what happens it can't hurt.

Just never give up. Look where you are and where you were. Believe in you!! I do!

Ethangabesmom - always remember that the scale no matter what did or didn't happen in your week is not always your friend.

Congrats on the measurement though!

The best way to measure success is to try clothes on that were snug. Atleast once a month.

Well I'm too afraid to weigh in due to last weekends emotional pre-pms party and all the baggage that I put with it but I did measure my waist this morning and it was down 1/4 of an inch, so I think I'll take that and run with it and work my rear off for another week and hopefully see a good number when I hop on the scales. Congrat's to everyone for working so hard this week!

Hello everyone. Here are my results (as of yesterday)

LW 199

but even better, I weighed on the scale at Curves today and theirs said 199 (it is usually 2 to 3 pounds higher than mine)
I weighed in on theirs on the 7th or 9th (I can't remember exactly) and weighed in at 202 so either way, looks like I'm doing something right and very pleased about it. It has been years and years since I have lost anything. Here's hoping it continues...
