I have not tried acupuncture, but I know people that did have it and they say it can help, but it is good to have other plans in place as well as that to quit anything. It can be so hard to quit smoking, we have all been there before around here. You need to have plans A.B.C... It may not be simple or easy, but whatever helps you along the way will be worth the effort in the long run here. Hoping you find your path to quit and soon. Hugs.

I was a smoker for 40 years and I quit 4 years ago. It was the smartest thing I ever did. I quit
cold turkey. I made the decision I will never have a puff again. It's a mind game. I wouldn't
listen to my mind that would say it's too hard or smoking is good for me because I'm bi-polar
and the list goes on and on. I prayed and I prayed. I knew God didn't want me to smoke so
I need help. We did together It really wasn't that hard because I made my mind up I would never smoke again. Take it one day at a time.

I know you can do it. It'll all work out. Have faith. You deserve it, health and self-esteem.

This is the 1st 24 hours. I've went months without squares but always go back to chain smoking. I'm incredibly stressed but i have to do this. It hurts to breathe and im afraid its something serious. Quitting may not help it but it couldn't hurt. I've tried patches, gum, and water based electronic. Now I'm just praying. My kid is young, im young, and this 1-2 packs a day along with my asthma is sure too leave him motherless. Has anyone tried acupuncture? Is it affective? What's help you with cravings? 😔 All i can think about besides cigarettes is food and I refuse to get any larger than i already am!
