SONNE,
contact me!

There is a world service conference in Ocean City, NJ at the end of April,
a weekend fun retreat outside of Philly in July,
and next October back in the Catskills.

You can also call me, even though I'm not in Jersey myself. emoticon

3 1/2 years is awesome!

Keep going one day at a time.

Racking up more and more distance from that last time you used nicotine is a very sweet ride.

Life is better nicotine free and clean.

P Tiger

So how is everybody?

By any chance are you on the northeast coast? There's a great weekend retreat in the Catskill Mountains of NYS in October that's lots of fun.

Thanks -- Now I see there's more than one site that offers this type of information. I used one in the beginning, too. (WhyQuit I think it's called.)

If you want long range tools and coping skills for all your affairs long after
the last nicotine was used, I recommend membership
in NICOTINE-ANONYMOUS.ORG (which is also free).
We pay it forward to those who still suffer with an addiction to nicotine.
I'm clean for 13 years now and a member of NicA for 15.

The program works when we work it.
We can do together what we cannot do alone. emoticon

Last time I tried to quit smoking I found a great app called QuitIt. If you have a smart phone I would really recommend the free version ( I haven't paid for the full version, but you can). You set your quit date and it counts the time you have gone starting from the first second, tells you how much money you have saved, how much tar/nicotine you have saved, and shows you your progress towards the health benefits we see from quieting. I personally find it really motivating, and hey, it's free!
