My goals for June:
-Track food at least 6 days each week
-5 days of fitness activities each week... (60+ mins each)
-8 hours of sleep a night
-Make healthy choices

1. Run at least 4 days a week.
2. Increase my run to 5 miles.....
3. Get 6-8 hours of sleep daily
4. Really focus on nutrition
5. Get my plane tickets for Michigan.
6. Save money.
7. Get outside as much as possible!
