Goals for the next month:
28 Day Bootcamp workout challenge
Cardio 5x a week
Strength Training 3x a week
I would like to stay within my calorie range all week
I would to drink my daily recommended water intake all week
I would like to get at least 7 hours of sleep a night
Lose 8 pounds
