stitches are out................ and Im feeling energized. Hoping to really work on eating.............. I have the workout and exercise thing down pat. I even enjoy it alot.
If I can conquer the eating -------------------- I will be fine.

well - I havent made much of this Nov challenge................... and here comes the holiday season. I get my stitches out today - so things will be = even nore back to normal. Hoping not to end up with a bald spot on nm y head.


Scale is slowly moving down as I stop the emotional eating.

I'm sure you'll see 130s in no time as you were just there recently.
The walk to the gym is a nice added benefit...exercise with a purpose always makes me more willing to do what I need.
I've never worked out with kettle balls. It sounds like a great workout.

patience and consistency is key- you are so right.

Ive moved back onto the fitness track.................. walked to the gym, did a great workout which included 100 swings with a 25 pound kettlebell - and then walked home. Feels like I really accomplished something= and that feels good. Going to be a little sore later on but thats ok.

Lets see how long it takes me to get back into the 130s.............. since Im clearly now in those 140s

I went on a bit of a binge last night after being upset about the scale not moving. I can feel it this morning but will continue to move forward today. A little extra cardio today to burn some of yesterday's "butter".
Day 24 of working out daily. I feel good physically and can feel some changes in the fit of my clothing. I'm simply impatient. I'm expecting overnight changes to a body that took me years to create.
Patience and Self-love are the words for today.

reality is I now have 20 pounds to lose............. and that number used to be 10 pounds.

THERE IT WAS 144 - havent seen that number on the scale in a long time. I deerserved it and I knew it. Been eating some goodies at night - and I know better.

OK so - walked to the gym this morning - worked out - and walked home. Threw out the goodies...........( that felt like losing 5 pounds) and still have stitches so I cant over do....... but Im back .

washed my hair today ................................ a milestone.

Would love to get back to this challenge - since I cant really workout for a week - I surely can concentrate on my eating................... and that I will do. and my yoga.

recovering from surgery and going to have to take it easy for at least one week. Have this horrible gel on the cut ------------- and my hair looks gelled to my head. I cant washh for 2 days.......... so in the house I stay. No problem its a rainy day and I have things to do inside anyway.

Hoping to at least eat property the next few days. and try some yoga stretches.

Ive been doing this everyday for a week................... not only can I feel a little in thought process - but I feel it in my legs....... which isnt a bad thing.

Have been getting some good walking in but until I recover from surgery have not gone to the gym - and boy do I miss it.

Eating fairly well........................
so far a good challenge for me.

heading to shoprite to stock up on some healthier things.....................

will get a 3-4 mile walk in later this afternoon.

back from warm and sunny Fla. Inspected the house - and now its time to negotiate on money.
Time will tell.

Skin cancer gets cut out - or off on Monday the 9th. Going to lighten up on exercise a little until this is resolved. I'm told no exercise for 2 weeks after surgery............. ok so - hoping I can at least do some walking.

As promised............here is the link to the super brain yoga exercise. It is 14 simple squats..... you can do it once per day - or once in the morning - and once in the evening.

I ate a small bag of Halloween candy - and plan to start mindful eating tomorrow - Nov 1kickoff. ( AGAIN).

Doctor found a small bit of cancer on my scalp - ( scary) called squamous cell carcinoma. . Having surgery in the doctors office on MOnday Nov 9. Going to have to watch gardning in the sun going forward. I spent alot of time outside this summer enjoying the beach - the garden and my bicycle. Will now join the sunscreen users - I never did before............. word to the wisee everyone.

Off to Fla this evening........................... enjoy Halloween everyone.

Thing about your Nov exercise plan............. make it something you can live with for a month.
And then think about mindful eating.............. for me if I can just stay away from night time snacking Id probably be ok.

I will probably not be online much until monday....................... you guys kick off Nov 1 and cheer each other on without me.............................. see ya Monday very late night................

Sticking to the 12 week workout/nutrition plan I started Monday sounds good. Adding Super Brain Yoga daily will be an interesting bonus.

Going to make a Nov challenge with 3 elements;

1. super brain yoga exercise to help us strengthen our minds.

2. 4 week eating plan---- simple 7 days changes........ ( 4 for the month)

3. simple exercise plan - ( everyone makes their own)
