I too am not a fan of winter but the Holidays are a favorite. Yes, that does sound like a good idea to do some fall activities.

I was hoping summer would last longer but I'm a huge warm weather fan and not so much of winter. For keeping active at home, I have fun with the videos online here. Especially love the Coach Nicole videos! They're only about 10 or so minutes and if you're looking for more time, just do a few consecutively or the same one over and over again. Youtube is another great place to find work out videos if you don't have any and of course, there is always just taking a walk around the neighborhood. Fall is also a great time to do a semi annual deep clean. It may not sound like exercise but it really is! If you live near a great outdoors market, now is a great time to take a day and check out all the stalls. Lots of walking and you could even find a can't live without bargain or two!

hEY EVERYONE! I am Melissa,
I really havent posted here before but why not! Well, yes the weather is summerlike during the day and fall like at night. Its nice but I am afraid of a shorter summer and colder fall. I hope that we cna make it last.

I have been lacking motivation myself but have gotten back on the exercise wagon in the last three weeks thankfully. I usually do my 30 minute workout at work with friends on lunch but want to kick it up and always find something better to do at home when I get there.

I am sure i am not alone on this topic and want to find ways to force myself to do more activity at home. Any suggesitons ???

Well off to work out on lunch now and hope to meet and hear from you all.
