Have you gone to the Start page, and gotten your calorie count for the day? Divide that up into 5-6 pieces (1500 calories a day= five 300 calorie meals) and eat every 3 hours. Make sure you are eating enough, or you will not lose weight! Your body will think you are starving! Make sure each meal has protein and carbs in it as well.
This is easier said than done, and it takes practice, so don't get discouraged if it takes some time to get used to!

Hi, I'm 215 pounds and want to change my lifestyle by eating healthier and exercise. Can anyone give me guidance in terms of nutrition. I'm not aware of what is a good portion size and what is good to eat. For example, is 2 hard boiled eggs and a banana a good breakfast to have?
