I didn't realize that they expired! I guess that's good to know so I don't get too attached to any of them.

I don't get On Demand, I am jealous! I used to love doing the different workouts on TV, like Gilad, Cathe, and Ellen Barrett. I don't even know if they do those anymore!

Hi! I have been using the on demand fitness section pretty often lately. They have a lot of great videos that are quick and easy so there is no excuse. I often chose the weight loss section, but now that I need to tone and tighten I have been doing the weight training. I also love the dance vids. I can't really suggest a favorite because the videos do expire after a certain amount of time.


I will be where I want to be one day, but I'm the only one who can make it happen!

As some of you are probably experiencing, its downpouring today so I didn't feel like going to the gym. I went to the sports/fitness section of Comcast On Demand and figured what the heck and did Jill Coleman's 20 Minute Cardio Burn and I LOVED it. There are so many categories like abs, butt, weight loss, etc and then each category has a long list of options so there's so much to choose from.

I was wondering if anyone has any favorites for recommendations because i'd love to try more for any days I just can't make it to the gym. Thanks!
