I simply plan to get back on track and hoping to actually get addicted again. Addicted to fitness.

I DO need to work on getting to bed at a decent time with at least 6 hrs of sleep - that's a CHALLENGE.

My 2013 Challenge is:

"151 for a Sensational 61"

so that's 32 lbs for this year. Birthday is end of May but I'm okay as long as I get there in 2013. 13 in 13 will be a great start.

I'm brand new to the site. Glad to be a part of Team NJ. My resolution is to do cardio at the gym at least 4 days a week to ultimately reach my goal to lose 35 lbs. this year.

My ONE goal for the New Year is to remember to wear my Fitbit every day and get as many steps and flights of stairs as I can!

I started my New Year's Resolution back in November!!! :)
I think the only thing that I still want to do in 2013 is to become more active. My back has gotten better (I think). I've had a tooth issue that I just got fixed and have been taking pain meds for that...so I'm not really sure if my back still hurts?? Go figure.
I'll find out soon though!!! And then, I'll have to actually pick something to shake my booty to. Right now my husband and I have just been walking the dogs, so I'll need to kick it up a notch.

I'm not going to make a resolution. Resolutions can be broken very easily. I'm going to make affirmations. They're positive, and you can work towards them. So, My New Year's arrirmations will be to take better care of myself, in accordance with my new Sparkgoals, and to be at work on time to the best of my ability. :P

I usually do not make New year's Resolutions. However, I started on my Spark Journey in July, and in January it will be 6 months. It's been a great six months! I want to work at the next 6 months to make it as great or better than the first 6 months! That means sticking to my nutrition plan and tracking every day, getting fitness in every day, drinking my water every day, and getting enough sleep every day (a hard one for me). .

My resolution for now and all the years to come is to take more time for me. To take care of me and love myself more. The immediate thing for me is to take care of my health and that means exercise and weight loss. Lots of exercise and eating right. Good luck all and all the blessings you can hold for the upcoming year.
