I can't join a gym. I just can't! They are so intimidating to me, and after so much wasted money, I just won't do it. :( My husband, however loves it, and even that is intimidating to me sometimes..

But I CAN exercise! I love being outside this time of year and our new neighborhood is great for getting out on a walk. I've found that in the time it takes for DH to get to the gym and back, I can go on a good walk and do some exercising and stretching in the backyard...without a mirror and gym clothes. :)

i can eat the best-quality sinful food possible so that i get maximum enjoyment out of it. i actually started baking MORE (and, in the first 6 weeks or so, weekly) once i started this sparkbusiness. because, shoot, if i'm going to spend some calories on junk, it's going to be on GOOOOOD junk. my cupcake baking skills have grown my leaps and bounds, and i make a viciously mean mac-n-cheese.

I can't eat healthy food all the time. I just can't.

I tried and I just end up binging on the foods that I want to eat. It feels like torture, sometimes, actually. I like food too much.

BUT - I CAN eater smaller portions of my "bad" foods. And I CAN eat 2 healthy meals and snacks a day and have something enjoyable for dinner.

I CAN deal with that compromise.

What can't you do....that you can?
