Just had a veggie-max patty from subway, 6" on wheat, no cheese, dijon mustard and heavy on the veggies. They were all out of the apple slices so I didn't get the meal at all.

Had 1 cup soymilk, 1 cup Kashi GoLean and 1/4 cup frozen blueberries, thawed for breakfast and a fat free strawberry yogurt for a snack this morning.

I just finished sushi dinner - various sashimi plus a veg roll. Sparkpeople is such an enabler. Sushi is expensive, but so good for you!

Mm, that biriyani sounds awesome!!

I am currently eating a piece of sushi (seattle roll - they didn't have a big selection at the store where I got it) with TOO MUCH wasabi on it! Ow, my sinuses!

my grandma and i just toured a chocolate factory here in seattle - the only organic roaster in the country. it was AWESOME. so, i may not be eating it now, but just moments ago i was eating beautifully crafted, organic, free trade chocolate.

and i dropped a cool $40 there. word up, sparkpeople!

I have brown rice cooking away in the kitchen. I'm going to add a bucketful of frozen veg and Trader Joe's ginger soy broth. I haven't tried this before, and I am hoping it will be awesome, because it's super healthy.

Kedgeree - its this indian-british hybrid that I saw Nigella Lawson make on tv, my husband made it but its basically a biryani with salmon and hardboiled eggs. Sounds strange, tastes great. I am also having some sugar snap peas tossed lightly in sesame oil and sesame seeds.

My whole week was kind of a bust. I had birthdays, parties, away-from-home functions, and a weekend away...

back on track this week.

Currently eating: frosted mini wheats, no milk.

Well, nothing right now, but I have a confession.

Today was going to be my "back on track" day. Well, I ended up in an area of town with the one and only BEST drive in fast food place.

I treated myself and I treated myself well. Then I went and walked a couple miles. I'm going to try to go easy at dinner too.

I just had a cup of Manhattan clam chowder, a salad with balsamic vinaigrette (but it was at a restaurant, so the dressing probably had TONS of calories), and part of a "chocolate bag" dessert - chocolate in the shape of a brown paper bag filled with white chocolate mousse, berries, whipped cream, and raspberry coulis. It was good...

I just finished a bowl of cereal - a mix of Cinammon Toast Crunch and Frosted Mini-Wheats. Oddly enough, I AM playing the Sparkpeople game this week. It'll fit, though.
