I don't know what order we will eat this stuff in but:

Asparagus and puff pastry tart with salad on the side

Grilled fish, zucchini and mixed grain pilaf

Chipotle Black Eyed Pea Chili with Brown Rice

Grilled shrimp with grilled raddichio and pesto pasta

Broccoli with something?

Its kind of scary how it feels like we buy a metric ton of food each week and by the end of the week we've chomped through all of it and its all gone. Our fresh fruit and vegetable consumption has been a force to be reckoned with these days.

dudes..I'm back..*FOR REAL*

my boyfriend moved in last week & we went grocery shopping yesterday. This is the first time I've ever had a *real* food supply in the house - I've been doing lame bachelorette shopping for the past 10 years (buying 2 mini yogurts, 3 apples, not much vegetables because I didn't know if I'd eat them before they started to rot....)

Anyhow - we bought a *ton* of fresh fruits & vegetables

last night we had wild rice, tomatoes, red peppers & mushrooms & yucca in a white wine & cilantro, lemon, garlic sauce. Delish! And light years more healthy than normal.

Can I come for dinner on Sunday?

Tonight may be tacos out, depending on the weather.

Other than that I've got nothing. I'm thinking its about time for grilled shrimp though. And some pork chops maybe. Oh, and I have ingredients for chow mein.

Though it'll mostly probably be cereal, spaghetti and miscellaneous crap I dig out of the kitchen.

Not a clue!

Tomorrow is dinner out - Mexican, 50 tacos. I'll try to go easy on the chips.

I have some spaghetti pie in the freezer I need to eat. That'll last me a couple of days.

I'll have to dig through my freezer and see what I can find.

Mine will likely include:

*Steamed broccoli, brown rice & Trader Joe's masala simmer sauce

*Taco-less salad: romaine, refried beans, brown rice, salsa, avocado

*Pacific Organic Tomato Soup & Sandwich

*Veggie Stir Fry & brown rice

Lunches are usually

*stir-fried mushrooms, tomatoes & spinach plus an egg
*whole wheat mini bagel sandwich with egg, laughing cow cheese triangle, tossed greens & tomato

Breakfast is either a mini bagel & laughing cow cheese and fruit, or raisin bran & almond milk and banana

These are my standbys...

We've been really boring since everyone in the house is dieting. Dinner is always brown rice, white fish or chicken breast, plus a pile of steamed veggies. There's also usually a bag of mixed greens tossed with little vinegar or lemon juice.

Breakast is cereal or egg white omlettes.

Lunch is a lentil/tuna salad for me. I'm not sure what the roomies are doing for lunch.

I don't know what order we'll be eating these in exactly but

Sunday: broiled sole topped with a greek tapenade of roasted peppers, olives, fresh oregano and feta with a baby spinach salad with grape tomatoes, red onion and feta with crusty bread

Monday: shrimp pasta primavera with zucchini, green beans and tomatoes in a white wine garlic sauce

Tuesday: Kedgeree: poached salmon with basmati rice with indian spices

Wednesday: bokchoy and broccoli stirfry with rice

lunches will be composed of leftovers and some nights we'll eat leftovers too.

Man, my meals always seem so unhealthy!!

Tonight: leftover steak, sweet potato and green beans.

And I don't know what order I'll be eating these in but...

- gorganzola ravioli (might freeze these instead if I can)
- homemade veggie chow mein with rice
- I have guac to make so maybe some kind of mexican. Or maybe just guac alone.

Thursday is a night out for a "world famous" hamburger. (shhh)

I don't know...my meals are never really ever "meals". I guess living alone makes it easy like that.

this is what i'm making for dinner this week.

monday: turkey breast, brown rice, steamed broccoli

tuesday: salmon & asparagus cooked in a wee foil packet with herbs, brown rice

wednesday: left overs

thursday: grilled tuna steaks, brown rice, steamed broccoli

friday: shrimp stirfry on brown rice

saturday: fat free vegan black bean soup & guacamole on whole wheat toast

sunday: fake ass grilled chicken greek food

breakfasts will alternate between berries & plain yogurt or berries & oatmeal. lunches will largely consist of leftovers, but i'm also making up a big pot of vegetable soup today to serve as lunch options. left over fish and a big salad or a big bowl of soup with guacamole toast will do nicely, i think!

o.k.! now you!
