refried beans & anything... with quinoa, cheese, and tomatoes; in a whole wheat tortilla with a scrambled egg; in a bowl with a little bit of cheese & hot sauce. it's my go-to, i-don't-want-to-cook protein source.

Hummus. Plus anything else from Trader Joe's. I swear, since I've been tracking my food, I've doubled the amount of TJ stuff in this site's list.

Well, most of my food is fast (I'm lazy!), but...

*Every week I make a batch of brown rice in the rice cooker and then use it all week. I mix half a cup with refried beans or add it to a salad. Today I mixed it with Trader Joe's Masala Simmer sauce for instant indian food!

*I always have a bag of romaine hearts and I just chop one up and eat half of it for a salad

*I chop up mushrooms & tomato, stir fry it (no oil - the tomato is juicy enough to help there) and then wilt some spinach on it for a minute. You can eat like 2 cups of it for about 50 calories.
