Exercise! I need to build it into my life as something I have to/want to do instead of something I should do. I really need to make it a habit and part of my lifestyle.

I'm good with the water and I've made great strides in eating better meals and but exercise is my next big hurdle.

i need to not be such a freak about rising and falling numbers and when/why they rise and fall. i swear, this process has been more draining psychologically than it has physically...

i also need to kick up my workouts. i've been starting some strength training, and i even ran a little last week (but i still don't like it as much as walking on a steep incline).

I need to work on it all - except I usually do get all/most of my water and usually get between 7-8hrs. of sleep a night.

I think getting exercise is the thing that would be easiest for me to stick with - especially now that it's getting nice out.

I do ok with eating for a while, and then always seem to back track. My family is a bad influence (I know, I'm the one putting the food in my mouth) so I find if I really want to get into gear, I need to avoid them for weeks!

I"m a firm beleiver in baby steps though, so I want to get into a good work out routine - I think the rest will fall into place then.

I am at the point where I am trying to take my workouts to the next level. I go to the gym three times a week but I need to make sure I am varying my workouts to really shock my body and keep it in weight-loss mode. I want to get back to yoga and pilates but when I know I'd have to do a lot of cardio in addition, its usually just easier for me to do cardio and weights.

I initially thought you meant areas of the body to work on and I am focused on toning my upper arms, losing fat from them and losing inches off my hips and thighs. I am always working on my core but it is not my main concern right now.

I'm good at staying consistent w/tracking my food and eating within my calories. I am also good at drinking at least 8 glasses of water a day (except today).

Needs improvement: going to bed early enough to get 8 hours of sleep a night; exercising consistently; exercising at least 3 times a week; strength training.
