can you figure out how much exercise you would need to do to work it off would be? then you just have to decide if it's worth the extra work just to break even : )

yeah, I generally get a skim milk latte with a shot of hazelnut syrup. A big one.

No good for the waist and no good for the wallet, but oh my god yum.

Maybe if I restricted myself to one a week?

What do you usually order?

Can you order a smaller size? If you get a flavor shot - try to get the sugar free ones.


OR - sometimes its just better to avoid them all together, sadly.

I'm totally falling off the wagon with the fancy coffee drinks. I'm getting the non-fat no-whip ones, but that still adds 255 calories and 45 grams of carbs since there's so much sugar. To make up for it I've been restricting my fruit intake. SO not good. But when I see my caloric intake come out within my range at the end of the day it seems to justify this crappy behaviour.

Can someone kick me in the ass, please?
