How did everyone else go on their November goals? I did really well for a week or two, and then work intervened, and I've been living off red bull ever since :-(.
I haven't stood on the scales for a couple of weeks, but I don't think I've done too bad - at least my hips haven't got any bigger. I think I'll wait until after shark week to check the scales again though!!!

I will! They have a handy light that you watch. It is green for two minutes (you do 2 sets of 12-15 reps in that time), then red for 1 minute or 30 seconds for rest(I think), and it has steps between so you can do cardio steps between machines. I don't know if I'm going to do that. It's a little silly looking, but hey, at least i'm doing something?

I will write it down next time i go and let you know.

Ooh! I wish my gym had a circuit training area!!
You should let me know what machines it is - then I can do it at my gym too!

continue watching my caloric intake via the food tracker here. upping my gym time to 3 times a week instead of 2 that i've done in the first few weeks. maybe 4?

i am going to add in strength training now. I need to start light. They have a special circuit training area at the gym that's only supposed to take 30 minutes to workout your entire body. I'm going to give that a try.

I need to continue eating better and really focus mostly on exercise this month. It now gets dark at 5 so I'll have to go to the gym to work out :(

I'm not exactly sure what my goal will be, but...maybe 3x week?

Hey all,
I was going to post this over on G*, but then thought this would be a better place...

A few years ago when I got thin before 30, I found it really good to write out my goals at the start of each month, and how I planned to achieve them. The months I did it, I did so much better. I'm trying to get back on track (I did ok in October) so I thought I'd do it again.

So, let me start:

By the end of November, I will weigh no more than 62 kg.
I will do this by taking my lunch to work at least 4 days a week, and by working out at the gym at least 4 days as well (3 times cardio + 2-3 times weights). I will walk or cycle whenever practical.

Let me hear yours!
