Ooh, I really like this idea!

Any ideas on how to health-ify crunchy Cheetos? They are my downfall, for sure.

I was talking to my sister the other day, and she had a good idea. She makes a list of things she loves (ex. Hot Fudge Sundae) and then next to them she brainstorms ways she can make them healthier, fewer calories, etc (ex. for Hot Fudge Sundae, maybe a cup of nonfat frozen yogurt with a tablespoon of fudge on it).

I thought that was a good idea. I like the concept of actually pinning down things you really love, too. I think if I had a list of things I really enjoyed eating, maybe I would be better at saying no to those things that aren't on my "love it" list. So if I love hot fudge sundaes, maybe I will plan on a day when I can eat one (or a variation on one), but I will say no to some other dessert that I don't care that much about.

Just a thought!
