Hrm. I'm back. My friend suggested that I might actually be eating too few calories most days, so then when I treat myself, all that potential energy is being stored up... yeah. It's possible, so I'm back here to track my eating again. I'd also like to measure myself tonight and compare to the measurements I have stored here from March. I weigh about 5 lbs more now, but I'm pretty sure my hips are smaller, so hopefully it's muscle! I did a good job of going to the gym for a while, so I'm hoping for the best...

congratulations on losing 10 pounds! that takes dedication.

i saw that you have been journaling a lot too- something i should do.

I've been back on SP for about a month & a half now - I've lost almost 10 pounds - feeling tons better about everything in general.

I kept checking in here but no one seemed to be around - glad to see there are still some glitter girls lurking.

I'm in for a 50 miles to fall challenge, for sure!

yippee! so great to see you here! i never tracked here before because i did weight watchers and tracked on their paper tracker...

but now i'm giving this a try. i'm working on increasing my protein intake. i think my migraines are sometimes triggered my blood sugar drops which happen when i have carb-filled meals (or skip a meal). i also think that more protein and fewer carbs will help with the last bit of weight loss. just switching things up a bit always helps with a plateau...

i think this is a great tool to help me see how much protein i'm actually consuming.

i need to start tracking my exercise too. i workout a lot. i just don't track it.

i got a pedometer and i love it!
we should do another 50 miles to fall (or whatever we called it)! that was fun!

i'm still here from time to time, but it seems that the glitter sparks are silent these days. i still use tools here to track exercise and food with some regularity. how you doin'?

jesus. i'm back again. again again again. i've been lax and my cute new clothes don't fit right. i need to start practicing my discipline now before i go on summer break and face all that unstructured time!

I'm here too!

Didn't fully dedicate myself before & my weight kept creeping up & up & up - mostly due to emotional eating, I think. Things are looking up in general though, and I feel ready to drop the spoon & step away from the peanut butter jar.

i'm back too!
i reached my goal weight back in the fall...
and then gained a few lbs back over the winter.
i'm ready to say goodbye to that extra weight.

i contribute it largely to lower back pain issues that affected my exercise routine
AND that darn tub of frozen cookie dough that i bought for a co-worker's kid's school fundraiser.

goals for this week include seeing the doc on tuesday about the back pain and baking up that cookie dough and giving away all the cookies!

i'm going back to weight watchers tomorrow!

hi peeps! i'm back again. again, again, again, again. after a foot injury that kept me from running and an ovarian cyst that kept me on vicodin, to say nothing of the chicken strip obsession of '08, i'm ready to rededicate and get back to my goal weight before my 30th on 5/15. so here goes...

anyone else want to recommit out loud? can i get an amen?
