What helps you stay on track with your weight loss?

1. Fitday. I think fitday's food log is easier to navigate than sparkpeople's. I've made it a point to write down everything I eat, and I mean everything. Even the 700 calorie personal pizza I ate for dinner tonight that almost doubled my caloric intake for the day.

2. Marking the calendar with icons when I work out. Visually seeing my progress reminds me of how far I've come and why I need to keep going.

3. Frozen broccoli. I steam and eat frozen broccoli like a fiend. It tastes good, doesn't need anything extra, and is a quick and easy side to any meal.

Since January 1st, I've lost 17lbs, with 15 more to go until I'm at the middle of the BMI chart for my height.
