When i was in college, my metabolism crashed super hard because i was starving to death (go go height of the recession!). Now, because of this, i tend not to feel hunger, and yet i pack on the pounds super easy.

If i hear this one more time: "No appetite? Man, i wish i had that problem..." I will flip a damn table. I will often go 3 or 4 days without eating simply because i don't think about it, and only remember to eat when i have a blood sugar crash so hard that i black out on my feet. This destroyed metabolism has eaten away at 15-20 years of martial arts muscle and flexibility, and converted it to non-flattering flab.

I've challenge myself to a 30 day ass kicking; eating healthier and exercising every day. Unfortunately, i need to eat right before and after my morning work out, or i'll drop dead by noon. I force myself to eat, and while it makes me sick to my stomach for a little while, the rest of me feels better for it.

Can anyone give me a little advice on how i can kickstart my metabolism/appetite?
