Okay, thanks! I'll check that one out.

Here it's a safety question. Highway 1 is dangerous to drive on and even more so on a bike.

My hubby has a trainer he uses religiously in the winter. It's CycleOps and it has held up very well. It's just too cold and the roads are covered with grit and salt through the winter, and so he doesn't take his road bike out in the winter. He does have a regular mountain bike and a fat tire mountain bike that he can ride in the winter. But this year, he hasn't done very much.

Soon hubby and I will be out on our tandem again!!!

I'm looking at indoor cycle trainers that I can hook my bike up to. There are bike paths here, but it seems like a pretty dangerous place to ride since the path is right on highway 1. I figure I can ride while I'm studying.

I may take next Monday and Tuesday off to try to finish the house up, I'm being indecisive about it...

Good Morning!!! Happy hump day!!! We are on the downhill side of the week, and I'm happy! I need a nice relaxing weekend.....we'll see what actually happens, but at least I don't have a lot planned yet.

Like I said, I'm back on track with the workouts. I should start tracking them again. I stopped last year when I went on vacation and I lost my consecutive streak of workouts, and that was kinda sad. I think I'll start again to see how that works!

I'm also thinking again of joining a pool and finding some way to swim at least weekly. I've got a few options for pools locally, so I'll check them out and see what I can come up with.

Have a FUN and ACTIVE day!!!!
