That focus will work for you Heather. You've done it before, do it again!. Yup, we were deep into 60s today. Nice to open office and auto windows.

Staying steady with the workouts so that's good. I really wanted to hit the water today with such a beautiful day but we're weeks from that. Did I mention Ospreys were sighted Saturday? Yearlings passing through looking for a home. Redwings yelling at each other on Monday AM as I went out the door for work. Forget Robins - Redwings are the harbingers of Spring around here. They'll get snowed on more often than not but being 2 weeks early? Yay Spring!

Good Morning!!! It's almost noon, so I gotta get this posted soon!

I hit the ground running today, and haven't stopped doing one thing after another. It's nice to be busy, it makes the day go faster.

Only a few more hours until the weekend!! Yipee, I can't wait!!

I'm really back focused on my food and exercise. It's important to lose the few pounds I've put on this winter, and then keep that going into the spring!

Speaking of spring, I think it's going to be almost 70 degrees here today. It's lovely!! In my old world I would let everyone go an hour early today to enjoy the first really warm day, and give them a treat on a Friday. At this place, however, that would be grounds for termination, I'm sure of that, so I'm not doing that!!! :)

Have a FUN and ACTIVE day!!
