Jon, I'm not going to have to move to Boca. The company has offices in Manhattan, in the Time Life Building, and in Boca. So I'd be based in NYC and go to Boca as needed. The CFO is in NYC and he wants his Controller in the same office.

The incumbent decided to leave the company back in December about a month after the new CFO started, but she gave notice until April 14th, so they have time for the transition. Hence the long drawn-out interview process. She says now that with the new CFO, she may have made a different decision because she likes him so much, but she is still going, and so there's the opportunity for me.

So now I wait......

Hi gang!

GL with the interview! Boca? Wish I was. The "other" office guy moved to Boca when he transferred to the Delray facility. Young guy with a young family, it was a good transfer for him. He bought a house, something he'd find almost impossible around here without serious family help for another decade or so of saving. We were on a wavelength so I miss him but we speak often and it was good for him and his. That was kind of a backwards way to suggest if you want some help with RE agents or something...

I'ts still a thousand mile flight Carol, Were you anywhere near that dam?

No swim is killing me. I hate winter. I'd be down there as well but the Missus, formerly on board, bailed on that when I asked her about arranging flights. I had done the RE searches, lined up a couple of places to see, company was very happy to have me down there...

Haha, I was expecting to need to start the thread. Happy Boca! Good luck with the interview. At least with the flight it's just a short hop...when I go to Boca it takes the whole day.

It's raining! Hopefully it will even be pouring! It's supposed to rain for a couple of days.

Good Morning!!! I'm here in Boca Raton for my interview!! Gotta get my day going but wanted to come by and say hi.

The flight was bumpy, but fine. I guess I'll get used to flying if I get this job!!

I won't make it to the pool this time, but hopefully I'll be back and get to do it another time.

Have a FUN and ACTIVE day!!!!
