had a great swim workout tonight. one endurance set we did near the end of practice, was swim a fast 25 yd rest 5 sec. swim a moderate 50 yds. rest 5 sec. and repeat doing this for 10 mins straight. what a calorie burner! hope everyone had a great day!

Hi Heather!

You SHOULD feel good about it (sure wish we had italics here ). I've been in and out lately, mostly out ;( so I have to ask how the interview follow-up is working (fingers crossed).

Stupid busy at work and stuff going on week-long extended family (bad) and weekends immediate family (exhausting). I need to get off the merry-go-round.

Good Morning!!! Happy Hump Day! We are half way to the weekend!

I'm back on track with my workouts, sleep and food. I'm feeling very good about that!! The sun is out and that always helps with the mood.

It sure was quiet yesterday! I hope everyone is doing great.
