Hi folks :)

Jon, that's pretty darn close to the goal at least!

We had a good New Years eve being out and fancy, my cough is still pretty bad though. I think I may have to break down and see the doc to make sure nothing more serious is going on. I did at least go for a mall walk for a while this afternoon.

vitamins and good foods stocked in the fridge for the week, here's to a good start at 2017!

Adorable, keep them coming!

Most of the team knows (Ad Nauseum) my personal challenge over the holidays is to weight the same the day after New Years as the day before Thanksgiving. I actually made that one year but not this one. Three over my usual 2 lb range. BF % is the same (I didn't take the formula out far enough to determine a 2 lb change). Back to work tomorrow so there will be less temptation from a stocked fridge for breakfast and lunch.

First time typing 2017... I wonder how long it will take to get into the habit?

I hope I can get here more often this year. I was pretty much absent in 2016. It was a rough year, but I think things are settling down now.

Here is the best part of my 2016!! And she will be the best part of my 2017!!
