Goriana, First place that comes to mind is Cambria Pines Lodge. It's not inland, but it's fun. This time of year it's set up beautifully for Christmas. Cambria is a fun little touristy town too.

There's Paso Robles, especially if you like wine. Their little downtown is fun and has a nice park.

How about staying near Pinnacles and going hiking? It's gorgeous this time of year and you may see a condor flying overhead!

Tell me what you guys like and I can make more directed suggestions. If you guys want to go see the Monterey Bay Aquarium, I have free passes.

Heather, sounds like an interesting day.

Yesterday I met my swim goal for the year! It is the first time. I wonder if I should up the goal next year...

happy Tuesday!

Carol, Cali girl, dh and I are driving from orange county to sf bay area and cant think where to stop on the way. We want and interesting midpoint to spend the night. I was thinking some place between slo and monterrey but honey thinks he doesnt want a place we have been to before. He was thinking inland....any suggestions for an interesting location? (We know we can do the drive in a day but we do not want to rush.)

Good Morning!!! I'm SO excited to go into the city today! Who knows what the process might bring, but I'm excited for a half day off. This work place is really very strange.....really different than any place I've ever worked. Well, except maybe for the CPA firm, which was small and also owned by the people who managed day to day. Hmmmmm, maybe I really am more corporate than I thought.

We got a very odd email from the boss yesterday. I'd like to share it, but I won't do it here, because it's so long. Maybe I'll post it as a blog post so if you are interested you could read it and share your thoughts.

The eating is on plan, the exercise is light but still happening, so that's great!!

I hope everyone is having a good week so far.

Have a FUN and ACTIVE day!!!
