Hi gang!

Travel time can definitely take it out of one, Carol. Particularly after a full weekend of projects.New Years in a New House!

Ahhh, the advantages of being able to work from home, Heather. Hope you're feeling better. That is a GREAT goal and you've stuck with it. Impressive! You SHOULD be proud and we're all so happy for you.

It's funny (not in a ha-ha way) how multiple small issues pile up and are worse than a crisis, Jen. I went through it this AM. Blech.

Hi Kourtney! With changing meds, don't even think about the scale. You get a gym at work? Sooo jealous!!!

As I mentioned above, a tough morning but the PM went OK. I stopped at a local artist on the way home and we discussed a necklace for the Missus for Christmas. She liked my ideas (!) and I commissioned the piece. Now to get her to wear it. I've given her so many and she wears one, a simple choker with the birthstones of her and the kids, a gift 20 years ago. Lowest maintenance woman I've ever met. That should make me happy but it leaves me frustrated.

Hi folks :)

Kourtney I'd begun to wonder where you'd gone! Keep stopping in to say hi!

Fighting my way through the morning, came in to a handful of issues - none of them really bad but the combination of them plus the seasonal fatigue is getting to me.

Getting some sunlight in my car for lunch, gonna stop at the y for a run after work.

Hi Carol! We had snow today so I'm late getting to work! It was thankfully not a lot of snow, but just enough for a school start delay.

I had a wonderful weekend, but I'm not feeling 100% today. I'm a little bit stuffy. So, I may leave a little bit early today and work from home. I'm doing something very focused (calculating commissions) so I can do that easily from home.

I'm still working out hard though! Well, maybe today will be a little less hard, but now is not the time to slack off! I made that commitment to work out every day in 2016 (unless I was sick) and I have managed to keep that commitment! I am so proud of that!!!

Have a FUN and ACTIVE day!!

Kourtney - Definitely check in with us! We're right there with you!

Back at work and feeling like I need a day off. This traveling south 4 1/2 - 5 1/2 hours each weekend sometimes takes a toll on me and I'm feeling it now. The kitchen is coming along and once that's done we just have the two bathrooms and the back bedroom in the house. We still have the pool and landscaping which will both be pretty large projects, but I did our last house landscaping in about three weekends and this is smaller, so I'm hoping for it to be fast.

We got good news from our tenant in the house we want to move to, he's giving notice and will be out December 31st! Yay! Haha...on to the next project.
