Uh oh Laurie...having a tough time?

Thanks for getting the thread started...I did a post and it must have gone to cyberlostland...

OMG Jon, that is AWESOME! Really, really awesome! Now you are unleashed!

Jen - Sounds like a lovely weekend!

Gill, you really got your workouts in today, great for you! Taking it easy in the afternoon is always nice and relaxing.

Kourtney - Just keep it up and we'll get there.

We had a sushi dinner last night with kids and family which was really nice. Today we booked on tiles some more. We got the living room done so now we (just) have the dining, kitchen and hallway. We've laid over a thousand square feet! I drove home (4 hours, sigh) and now I'm doing school work...maybe I'll have a 3 oz glass of wine, I'd still be within calorie range hehe.

I ran. I still can't believe it. I had done some jogging this past week and it just seemed a natural progression. Walked 1/2 mile building into it then 4-1/2 miles .None as in zero after effects. Treadmill this weekend, The field next weekend. 61 days from hip replacement.

Hi folks :)

We took a little impromptu trip to the beach yesterday, it was a perfect day for it! Nice country drive to get there, the water was 73 and the waves were manageable, I'm extra cautious this time of year with no lifeguards on the beach I didn't go out past the breakers to swim but I had fun diving thru them. Lots of walking around the boardwalk and back home again.

Today I've had a slow morning, watched an art documentary on Marina Abramovic's the artist is present and now getting ready to go make some of my own work.

I feel like I'm having a lazy day today (it's 5pm here) - but I was up before 6am and went for a swim at the pool at 7am. Then around 11am I went out for a walk round the cliff-path for about an hour............ apart from that I'm kind of drifting about at home now!

Hello all!

How is your weekend going? Are you staying on track with your goals?

I've been eating well, but decided not to go to yoga today (just wasn't feelin' it). Today we're gonna get some work done around the house and then go see a movie (Hell or High Water - it has good reviews).

What are you up to today?

Kourtney

PREGNANT due 3/2. Weight loss is definitely not a focus right now.
