Busy group! Keep it up!

Got lots done today including appliance repair, DR appt with my MIL, playground time with my toddler, activating my hubby's new phone, taking my car in for repair, AND 20 minutes of exercise. I looked longingly at the pool on my way to the stationary bike at the gym... Hoping to get a swim in on Friday.

I hope I can get my car back tomorrow, with working A/C!!!

Hi gang!

In the pool and 250 minutes by the 7th? Very cool Kourtney!

Nah, hit the book Carol. Enjoy the boat.

WooHoo Gilll! Welcome back to the pool. I caught your effort on the previous site and you're doing great!

A really bad morning with resultant stress but I managed. PM much better (maybe as I growled at people) I got my workout in early as usual so that helps.

Oh dear, I'm sorry to hear you're suffering with back pain - guessing TOM doesn't help with that either. Great that you were able to get in the pool though.

I got in the pool for the first time in ages today - it was my Day 1! I'll do some yoga this evening too.

We got a double post today, but you were here first - haha.

You just can't stay away from that scale, can you Kourtney? I was working on school work, but the Internet went down on the ship so I grabbed a book and now that's all I want to do. We are having a sea day so I should be working on school work... or I could read the book... I suppose hitting my goal today would be to get more research done...sigh

Hello all!

Got to get back in the pool this morning and it was lovely. AND I've already hit 250 fitness minutes for the month the first week in. :-) My lower back is still killing me though and I'm getting pretty sick of it.

The scale is still being a d1ck today (I'm about to start my TOM soon so that's why) but I'm ignoring it and just trying to eat well.

My day is full of meetings :( so I'll need to grab a pretty quick lunch before going into a 3 hour stretch of them. Sigh.

How are you? What will you do today to hit your goals?

xoxo,
K

PREGNANT due 3/2. Weight loss is definitely not a focus right now.
